Laughton Village Hall is owned by the Parish Council and operated by a volunteer Village Hall Management Committee.
The Management Committee work extremely hard all year to fund raise in support of the upkeep and improvement of the halls interior. Their efforts mean that the Hall hire rates can be kept low and affordable to users. Recent figures show that the hire rate would need to double without their efforts.
A mutually agreed constitution identifies the responsibilities the Council and the Management Committee have in respect of the Village Hall. The Parish Council pay around 16% from the precept to cover the Council Tax and also the water and sewerage charges on the Hall.

Village Hall facilities include a floodlit car park with 70 places and
both the Village Hall and car park are under 24 hour CCTV surveillance. |

Karate Club 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tuesday
Laughton Village Hall Bowling Club 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Wednesday
Village Hall Management Committee Fund Raising Bingo 5.30 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
Thursday
Play Group 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Sequence Dance Club 7.30 p.m. to 10.15 p.m.
Friday
Senior Citizens Bingo Club 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday
From October to May a series of fund raising dances take place.
Also the Village Hall is available for hire for private functions.
Sunday
Laughton Village Hall Bowling Club Short Mat Indoor Bowls 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
practice
On league match fixtures 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
